Services & Wellness Tools

01
Nutrition & Meal Planning
Nutrition plays an important role in how the body functions, but there is no single way of eating that is right for everyone. I look at your current diet, eating habits, food quality, meal timing, and nutrient intake alongside your health history and individual findings. From there, we may discuss foods to incorporate or reduce, meal ideas, food quality, nutrient density, and practical ways to make your diet better suited to your individual needs. When additional support is needed, I can also provide more detailed nutritional guidance and meal planning.

02
Blood Work
Blood work can provide valuable information about many areas of the body and may help us identify patterns that deserve a closer look. When appropriate, I can order laboratory testing and review your results alongside your health history, nutrition, current concerns, and other findings. Depending on the labs ordered, this may include markers related to blood sugar regulation, nutrient status, thyroid function, hormones, inflammation, lipids, liver and kidney function, and other areas of health.

03
Allergy Skin Test
When food related patterns are difficult to identify through diet history alone, food sensitivity testing may provide additional information about how your body is responding to certain foods. When appropriate, I can order food sensitivity testing and review your results with you. I consider those findings alongside your current diet, health history, and other information we have gathered to determine how they may be incorporated into your individualized plan.

04
Genetic Testing
Genetic testing can identify variations known as SNPs, pronounced “snips,” which may influence areas such as nutrient metabolism, methylation, detoxification, and other biological processes. Rather than looking at genetic results in isolation, I review them alongside your health history, nutrition, lifestyle, and other findings. This gives me another layer of information that can help guide a more individualized protocol, including nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle recommendations designed around how your body may function best.

05
Heavy Metal Testing
Heavy metal testing may be used to assess potential exposure to metals such as lead, mercury, arsenic, cadmium, and others, depending on the type of testing performed. If your health history, environmental exposures, or other findings suggest that further investigation may be helpful, I can order appropriate testing and review the results with you. We can then discuss potential sources of exposure and how the findings may factor into your overall wellness plan.

06
Qest4 Bioenergetic Testing
Qest4 is a noninvasive bioenergetic assessment system that evaluates the body’s energetic responses to a large database of digital signatures representing different areas of the body and a variety of substances. During your assessment, you will hold electrodes connected to the Qest4 system while the scan is performed. I review the results for patterns and areas that stand out and compare them with your health history, current concerns, and other assessment findings. Following your scan, you will also receive a customized Qest4 imprint based on the bioenergetic information identified during your assessment. This imprint is individualized to reflect your body’s unique energetic blueprint at the time of your scan. Qest4 is not used to diagnose disease. It is one of several tools I use to gather information and look at your health from a broader perspective.liver and kidney function, and other areas of health.

07
Iridology
Iridology is the study of the colors, markings, patterns, and structures within the iris of the eye. Practitioners use these characteristics to observe constitutional tendencies and patterns traditionally associated with different areas of the body. During an assessment, I may examine characteristics such as iris color, fiber structure, markings, and other visible patterns. These observations are considered alongside your health history and other findings as another way of looking at your overall constitution. Iridology is an observational wellness tool and is not used to diagnose disease.

08
Nutritional Supplements
Supplements may include vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, amino acids, probiotics, and other nutrients used to provide additional nutritional support. I don’t believe in giving every client the same list of supplements. When supplementation is appropriate, recommendations are individualized based on factors such as your health history, nutrition, laboratory results when available, testing, and other findings. I will explain what I am recommending, why I selected it for you, and how it fits into your overall wellness plan.

09
Herbal Support
Herbs have been used in traditional wellness practices for thousands of years and may be incorporated into an individualized plan to support different functions and systems of the body. When considering herbal support, I take into account your health history, current concerns, medications, supplements, and other findings. Recommendations are selected according to your individual needs rather than simply matching an herb to a symptom.

10
Homeopathy
Homeopathy is a system of natural medicine developed more than 200 years ago and based on the principle of “like cures like.” It uses highly diluted preparations that are traditionally selected according to the individual rather than solely by the name of a condition. When considering a homeopathic remedy, I may ask detailed questions about what you are experiencing, including individual characteristics and what makes something feel better or worse. This allows the selection process to consider you as a whole rather than using the same remedy for everyone experiencing a similar concern.

11
Flower Essences
Flower essences are preparations made from flowers and plants that are traditionally used to support emotional well-being. Different essences are associated with emotional patterns such as fear, uncertainty, overwhelm, discouragement, or difficulty adjusting to change. If flower essences are appropriate for you, we will discuss what you are experiencing emotionally and what may be happening in your life. Based on that conversation, one or more essences may be selected specifically for you as a form of individualized emotional support.

12
Mud Packing
Mud packing is a traditional natural wellness practice in which therapeutic mud or clay is applied to specific areas of the body for a period of time. If mudpacking is appropriate for your wellness plan, I will explain the recommended area of application, how to prepare and apply the pack, how long to leave it in place, and how frequently it may be used.
Every person is different.
I don’t use a predetermined set of services or the same protocol for every client. Instead, I draw from different assessment methods, testing options, and natural wellness approaches based on your health history, current concerns, and individual findings.
Some of these tools may be used during your initial sessions, while others may be recommended as part of your individualized wellness plan.
