What to Expect

Your First Visit:

This visit is about getting to know you, understanding what you have been experiencing, and taking the time to look at your health as a whole.

Before your appointment, you will complete a detailed intake form and return it at least 48 hours before your visit. I review this information in advance so I can come prepared with questions specific to you and your health history.

During your appointment, we will have an in-depth conversation about your health history, current concerns, nutrition, diet, lifestyle, daily habits, and other factors that may be relevant. I may ask questions that seem unrelated at first because sometimes the smallest details help reveal patterns or connections within the bigger picture.

Most importantly, this is also your opportunity to tell me your story, including what you have experienced, what you have tried, what has or hasn’t helped, and what you feel may be happening with your health.

Depending on your individual needs, I may also use assessment methods such as Qest4 bioenergetic testing, Traditional Chinese Medicine observations, Muscle Response Testing, and Iridology. Each gives me a different perspective that I can consider alongside your history and everything we discuss.

Between Your First & Second Visit:
After your first appointment, I take time to review everything we gathered rather than rushing to give you a plan before I have had the opportunity to see the full picture.

I look closely at your history, our conversation, and findings from the different assessment methods. I then correlate that information to look for patterns, connections, and areas that may deserve further attention.

This is where I begin putting the different pieces of your health story together and developing recommendations specifically for you.

Your Second Visit:
During your second visit, we will go through my findings together and discuss your individualized wellness plan.

Depending on your needs and what we discovered, your recommendations may include additional laboratory or specialty testing, nutrition and dietary changes, supplements, herbs, homeopathy, lifestyle changes, or other natural wellness approaches.

I will walk you through my recommendations so that you understand not only what I am suggesting, but why I am suggesting it and how it relates to the bigger picture.

There is no predetermined protocol that I use for every client. Your plan is based on you, your history, your needs, your findings, and where you are in your health journey
